Tenda AC6 v5

The Tenda AC6 v5 was launched in 2020 and is a AC1200 class router.

Mobile networks are not supported.

The router has built-in VPN support. VPN support allows you to pass all of your internet traffic through a VPN service. Depending on the service, this could hide your location, encrypt your data, and better protect your devices against security threats.

The coverage is supported by 4 x 6 dBi fixed antennas. Whilst antennas may assist in range, additional antennas tend to help more with ensuring devices can simultaneously connect to the router. They can help avoid interference, along with helping increase signal strength to devices within the usable range.

The Wifi standards offered are IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac and they're offering connection speeds of 300 + 867 Mbps.

Security protocols offered by the Tenda AC6 v5 are WPA WPA2 WPS.

The parental controls allow you to control what your kids can access, along with when they can access it. Restrict certain websites, and limit the times they can access the internet. You can even pause the Wifi as needed!

It's powered by a Realtek RTL8197FH @ 1 GHz processor, and contains 64 MB of ram.

The power supply is a 9 V / 1 A power supply.

The router supports the IPv4 IPv6 protocols.

You're looking at 3 x 10/100 Mbps LAN (local area network) connection ports, with 1 x 10/100 Mbps WAN (wide area network) ports available.

The Default IP to login to the admin area of the Tenda AC6 v5 is 192.168.0.1.

You can log in to the router by using the username "[blank]" and the password of "[blank]" provided it hasn't been changed.
